Terms and Conditions – LendTrack Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LendTrack Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LendTrack Pro is a digital platform for lenders to manage clients, loans, payments, subscriptions, reminders, and risk analysis. Offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), features vary by subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

4. Account Registration

Users must register with an email and password or other approved method. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

5. Plans and Subscriptions

Free and paid plans are available. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed via third-party providers like Stripe. LendTrack Pro does not store sensitive payment data.

6. License of Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited.

7. Data and Confidentiality

We process user and client data to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of data you enter. We do not sell or share confidential information except when legally required.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform legally and ethically. You are responsible for the content you input and should maintain backups of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for financial losses related to Platform use. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

10. Support and Availability

Support is provided via email or designated channels, typically within 24–48 business hours. While we aim for high uptime, 100% availability is not guaranteed.

11. Termination

Users may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. No refunds for unused subscription time upon user-initiated cancellation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Santo Domingo.
